Yes…it says Christmas card! This is the first one I’ve made this year, so think I can be excused!
I’ve done a couple of Facebook Lives using the Circle Celebration stamp set, and I’ve had the large stamp keep jumping out at me saying ‘moon’, so I thought I’d have a play and see what I could do.
I used a Seaside Spray card layer to stamp some trees from the ‘Rooted in Nature’ stamp set in memento black ink on the base of the card.

Then using one of the fabulous new blending brushes (Jan to June catalogue), I first used Misty Moonlight and then Night of Navy ink pads to give a little depth around the edges.
On a separate piece of white card I used Mango Melody, Flirty Flamingo and Highland Heather on the ‘moon’ stamp, carefully sweeping the ink pad across ensuring I used the lightest colour first so as not to contaminate my ink pads. When i had all three colours on the stamp, I gave it a quick ‘huff’ to ensure the ink was still wet and stamped onto my white card. I then die cut it with 4th from smallest layering circle die. This die is slightly smaller than the stamped image, but worked perfectly as I didn’t want a white border around my ‘moon’.

I then stamped the spotty stamp from the Dressed to Impress stamp set with Versamark ink, applied white embossing powder and heat set to give a snowy look. The sentiment was from Itty Bitty Christmas. The sentiment and moon where adhered on Dimensionals.
To finish, I used the Stampin’ Chalk Marker around the edges of the trees and also popped a little Wink of Stella to make them glisten.
